From as far back as I can remember, I have found joy in supporting people — whether by lending a helping hand, creating something to comfort them, sharing a game or meaningful conversation, or simply holding space and listening with compassion.

This lifelong calling has led me to the deeply fulfilling path I walk today: guiding women toward the abundant health, healing, and wellness lifestyle they are truly meant to live through natural healing from within.

I am a passionate healer who brings a gentle, alternative, and natural approach to helping women reduce stress, calm anxiety, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

I am a Professional Reiki Master (including Animal Reiki), Natural Health & Wellness Coach, Minister, Ho’oponopono Practitioner, Natural Herbalist, Certified Essential Oils Specialist, and Certified Wellness Advocate, with experience in natural health care since 2007.

Through my work, I lovingly combine emotional healing, spiritual growth, nervous system support, gratitude, and gentle daily practices to help women reconnect with themselves and live empowered lives.
